Job summary

OSAAVA Services is seeking a Junior Management Analyst to support the 53rd Wing at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. This role focuses on mission-critical administrative operations and IT access management within a secure DoD environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of supporting account management functions in a classified setting. An active Top Secret clearance is required at the time of application.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required at time of application.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of admin/management analyst or equivalent experience.
• Experience with DoD account management, user provisioning, or access requests.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at Eglin Air Force Base.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage system access requests for government personnel.
• Grant, modify, and revoke user privileges per DoD policies.
• Maintain documentation and audit logs for accounts.
• Coordinate with IA personnel and system owners on access validation.
• Provide admin support including scheduling, correspondence, and tracking actions.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and documentation supporting mission requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and OPSEC requirements.
• Assist with updating standard operating procedures.

Position Overview

OSAAVA Services is seeking a Junior Management Analyst to support the 53rd Wing at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. This role supports mission-critical administrative operations and IT access management activities within a secure Department of Defense environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced supporting administrative and account management functions in a classified environment. This position requires an active Top Secret security clearance at the time of application.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage system account access requests for government personnel.
• Grant, modify, and revoke user account privileges in accordance with DoD security policies and established procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation, audit records, and account management logs.
• Coordinate with Information Assurance personnel, system owners, security managers, and unit representatives to validate user access.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, tracking actions, and maintaining records.
• Prepare reports, briefings, spreadsheets, and other documentation supporting mission requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, OPSEC requirements, and access control procedures.
• Support continuous process improvement and assist with updating standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance (required at the time of application)
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative, management analyst, or comparable support experience
• Experience supporting DoD account management, user provisioning, or access request processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site at Eglin Air Force Base

Preferred Qualifications

• TS/SCI eligibility or current TS/SCI clearance
• Military service or prior DoD contractor experience
• Experience using ServiceNow, Remedy, or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms
• Familiarity with DISS, JPAS, or similar personnel security/access management systems
• Previous experience supporting U.S. Air Force organizations or installations
