Odyssey seeks a Network and Computer Systems Administrator to support AFLCMC/EBR at Eglin AFB, FL. You will manage and operate classified and unclassified network systems, provide Tier I/II IT support, and assist with cybersecurity compliance and RMF processes.

The role requires DoD experience, Top Secret clearance, and citizenship. On-site work at Eglin AFB, with travel as needed to support enterprise programs.

Formación

• US citizenship required.
• Current Top Secret clearance.
• Experience administering network and computer systems in a DoD or enterprise environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support Tier I and II IT systems.
• Image, patch, and configure classified/unclassified systems.
• Manage SharePoint.
• Operate help desk ticketing system.
• Provide customer service via in-person, email, phone, or remote.
• Support briefing setups, VTCs and online meetings.
• Administer equipment custody, inventory, and transfers.
• Maintain telecom services including STU/VOIP phones and VTC equipment.
• Assist end-users with operation and restoration of business systems.
• Create and maintain organizational folders, permissions, and security groups.
• Perform cyber security liaison duties.
