Job summary

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations. You keep originating.

We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching. You're a fit if you have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination, are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS), and have a strong referral network of

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS).
• Possess or be able to obtain a Principal Lending license where required.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
