Job summary

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in Bethlehem, PA to build a team while continuing to originate. You keep your deals; processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support are provided.

Compensation ranges from $80K base with commissions, plus a sign-on bonus. You will recruit, coach, and grow the branch with a strong referral network and active NMLS license required.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with a Principal Lending license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready to run a branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
