Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage to lead a high-producing loan team in Reading, PA. You’ll keep originating while we provide processing, underwriting and back-office support to fuel your production and branch growth.

Earn $80K–$220K base plus commissions and a branch override, with a sign-on bonus. Bring 3 years retail mortgage origination, an active NMLS license and a strong referral network to a lender with national reach and robust loan origination technology.

Qualifications

• About 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license; Principal Lending license, or ability to obtain where required.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Leader/player-coach capable of guiding loan officers while continuing to originate.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week, not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
