Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage to lead a high-producing team from Allentown, PA. You’ll continue originating loans while building and mentoring a team, with processing and back-office support provided centrally. The role rewards production and leadership with a clear path to grow the branch’s P&L.

You must be an active MLO (NMLS) with a strong referral network and a proven track record in retail origination. A sign-on bonus is available as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with Principal Lending license if required by state.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Experience as a player-coach, senior LO or team lead seeking a branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
