Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager in Scranton, PA. You will continue originating loans while leading a branch, with processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support provided.

Build a team, recruit and coach loan officers, and drive branch profitability. Candidates should have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination, be an active licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) and ideally hold a Principal Lending license or obtain one where required.

Qualifications

• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) and possibly Principal Lending license.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach or team leader ready for a branch.
• ≈3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers.
• Lead the branch's culture and grow the branch's P&L.
