Job summary

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching. Compensation includes a base salary with commissions and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) required.
• Principal Lending license, or ability to obtain one as required by state.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for their own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
