RFP Homes is a growing company with a strong presence across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. We’ve delivered $100M+ in off-market opportunities to 400+ investors across DFW, and we’re expanding our Dallas sales team.

We’re looking for competitive, motivated, and relationship-driven salespeople who are ready to build their skills, grow their income, and develop a long-term career with a performance-driven company.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development in real estate, hospitality, automotive, recruiting, or customer service contexts.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage a pipeline through a CRM.
• Comfort speaking with people and negotiating toward closed deals.

• Connect with investors and prospective buyers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work warm inbound leads generated through company marketing
• Present opportunities and guide clients through the sales process
• Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM
• Follow up consistently by phone, text, email, and social channels
• Negotiate and work toward closing deals
