Job summary

RFP Homes is seeking Sales & Marketing Specialists to generate leads, market properties, and close deals with real estate investors. You will leverage Facebook and other social media to reach investors and grow a robust pipeline.

The role offers 100% commission with weekly payouts and warm inbound leads, with training and tools provided. Texas license required within 45 days, and relocation to Dallas is expected for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales, marketing, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Social media or digital marketing experience is a plus.
• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with phone and online sales.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Dallas, TX.
