Job summary

RFP Homes LLC is seeking motivated sales professionals in Dallas, Texas to join a fast-growing real estate investment team. You'll work with buyers on investment properties, guide them through the purchase, and build lasting client relationships.

This role offers 100% commission with uncapped earning potential, with warm leads provided, weekly payouts, and comprehensive training and mentorship. A Texas Real Estate license is preferred or encouraged to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Sales experience is a plus (retail, automotive, hospitality, etc.).
• Active Texas Real Estate License preferred, but motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Connect with buyers interested in investment properties.
• Guide clients through the purchasing process from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with warm, company-provided leads.
• Negotiate offers to help clients achieve investment goals.
• Work closely with acquisitions and operations teams.
• Consistently hit sales and performance goals.
