RFP Homes is expanding its Fort Worth sales team and seeks competitive, motivated, and relationship-driven salespeople. You will connect with investors, manage warm inbound leads, and guide clients through the sales process.

Expect ongoing coaching, structured onboarding, and clear opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Average first-year earnings range from $55K to $80K with top performers reaching $140K–$150K+, and even higher for top reps.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or performance-driven environments is preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and follow up effectively.
• Comfortable speaking with people and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with investors and prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work warm inbound leads generated through company marketing.
• Present opportunities and guide clients through the sales process.
• Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM.
• Follow up consistently by phone, text, email, and social channels.
• Negotiate and work toward closing deals.
