IPS Cash seeks a high-performing Outside Sales Agent to own their territory, close deals, and drive growth in the New England real estate market. You will be face-to-face with homeowners, negotiating winning solutions that impact clients and your wallet.

Meet with homeowners to present offers, turn warm leads into signed contracts, and manage your pipeline to consistently hit monthly and quarterly goals. A strong compensation package and growth path await in a fast-moving, values-driven team.

Responsabilités

• Meet with homeowners in person to present offers and negotiate contracts.
• Turn warm leads into signed deals through persuasive communication and rapid follow-up.
• Conduct on-site property evaluations to determine fair and profitable offers.
• Manage your pipeline like a pro, follow up, follow through, and never let a deal slip.
• Consistently hit (and beat) your monthly and quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with our Inside Sales and Ops teams to ensure smooth deal flow.
