Job summary

IPS Cash is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Agent to own a territory in New England and drive growth by closing profitable real estate offers. You will meet homeowners in person, present offers, and negotiate contracts with a win‑win mindset.

You’ll turn warm leads into signed deals, evaluate properties on-site, and maintain a robust pipeline while collaborating with Inside Sales and Operations to ensure smooth deal flow and consistent achievement of targets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong closing skills and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in person to present offers and negotiate contracts.
• Turn warm leads into signed deals through persuasive communication and rapid follow-up.
• Conduct on-site property evaluations to determine fair and profitable offers.
• Manage your pipeline like a pro, follow up, follow through, and never let a deal slip.
• Consistently hit (and beat) your monthly and quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with our Inside Sales and Ops teams to ensure smooth deal flow.
