RIVO Holdings, LLC is seeking a motivated collections agent in a high-energy call center environment in San Diego, CA. You will negotiate payments with customers, using phone, email, and text to drive timely collections and meet quotas.

Top performers enjoy an uncapped bonus structure and ongoing training. Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus, and the role emphasizes professionalism and resilience in challenging conversations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Quota-driven collections experience preferred in call center.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with resilience.

Responsibilities

Negotiate timely payment from customers by phone, voicemail, email, and text in a call center.
Meet and exceed individual collections quotas.
Adhere to daily/monthly production KPIs and collection metrics.
Educate customers on long-term benefits of resolving their balance.
Maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Perform other duties as assigned.
