Job summary

Progressive Leasing is hiring Remote Collections Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls and collect on past-due accounts. The role is remote and can be performed within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah, with full-time shifts and a virtual training period.

Expect a base rate of $17.00 per hour plus bonuses and a 5% premium for verified Spanish fluency. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to use multiple software

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must be 18+
• Experience in customer service/call center environments preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with using multiple software applications and screens simultaneously
• AI-enabled tools are used and encouraged to learn as workflows evolve
