Job summary

RIVO Holdings, LLC in San Diego is seeking motivated collectors to negotiate payments on delinquent personal loan accounts. You’ll benefit from an uncapped bonus structure and daily new accounts, with a starting hourly rate of $20 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Expect a fast-paced, target-driven environment and ongoing training to accelerate earnings. Ideal candidates are coachable with strong negotiation, communication, and resilience, including Spanish language skills as a strong plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior collections or call center experience preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a strong plus.
• Money-motivated with strong negotiation and drive to meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate timely payment from customers by phone, email, text, and other channels in a call center environment.
• Meet and exceed individual collections quotas through negotiation and follow-up.
• Adhere to daily/monthly production KPIs and quotas.
• Use strong communication and persistence to drive customer payments with professionalism.
• Educate customers on benefits of resolving balances for future lending products.
• Maintain data accuracy and document interactions; assist with other duties as assigned.
