Job summary

Cardone Ventures in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Client Success Representative who will drive revenue by selling Elite Edge workshop tickets and guiding business owners through our ecosystem. You will learn the sales process, scripts, and HubSpot CRM, while building a strong outbound calling habit.

The role requires a proven sales mindset, at least 1 year of sales experience, or a track record of top performance, and a commitment to daily activity targets in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year sales experience required, 2 years is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience being a top performer in some arena (such as athletics, sales, education, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Make 200 outbound calls daily to generate new leads.
• Engage with clients over the phone, effectively utilizing sales strategies to close deals.
• Sell tickets 7+ per week by uncovering pain points and presenting the Elite Edge event.
• Manage a personal pipeline with accurate HubSpot notes and timely follow-ups.
• Participate in daily sales training and reviews.
