You will explain repairs, prepare estimates, and guide customers through the repair process to ensure a transparent, high‑quality service experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or automotive customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to confidently explain automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Comfortable presenting estimates and asking customers to authorize recommended work.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders at the same time.
• Strong phone and in-person communication skills.
