Main Street Auto is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing their vehicle maintenance and repair needs while delivering a positive experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, coordinating service, estimating costs, creating repair orders, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive education or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
