Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.

• Reliable transportation to work across AIR communities.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects and conducting tours.
• Maintain a track record of meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and create moments that matter.
• Provide leasing support to all AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
