The role emphasizes following our sales process, meeting monthly leasing goals, and providing excellent customer service. A flexible schedule, English proficiency, and reliable transport are required.

Formación

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments such as property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
• Flexible schedule with availability including weekends and varied hours.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Follow AIR's sales process, prompt follow-up with active prospects, schedule and conduct tours to sell the value of AIR communities.
• Maintain a track record of meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating moments that matter.
• Provide leasing support to all AIR communities as needed and contribute to marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
