Westdale Asset Management in North Miami Beach, FL, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, show apartments, and close leases on a 363-unit luxury high-rise. You will process applications, maintain friendly resident relations, and ensure compliance with fair housing laws. Strong communication, weekend availability, and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment lease-up experience is required.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
