Job summary

Southern Home Services Corp. is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to drive new business for our residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical services. You will work with service technicians to present the best equipment and service options to homeowners.

No prior HVAC experience required; we offer comprehensive training. Expect to earn over $100K in your first year through base pay plus limitless commission, with a company provided vehicle and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficient with PC and sales tools.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: 3+ years of business-to-consumer sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new, current, and previous customers to offer home comfort solutions.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to save money and improve comfort.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Collaborate with service technicians to present equipment options.
• Additional duties as assigned.
