Qualifications

• Proven dealership Service Advisor experience required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge or hands-on technician background preferred.
• Familiarity with Stellantis/FCA/Mopar brand standards is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally, document service needs accurately.
• Provide detailed repair estimates and explain procedures clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs based on urgency and parts availability.
• Advise customers on maintenance services to enhance vehicle performance and safety.

• Maintain ongoing communication with customers on repair status and recommendations.
