Expect to discuss maintenance options to improve vehicle performance and safety. Ideal candidates bring dealership experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with automotive software.

Qualifications

• Proven dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Familiarity with Stellantis/FCA/Mopar brand standards is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in automotive software; Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and document service needs accurately.
• Provide detailed repair estimates, explain procedures, and recommend maintenance services.
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs based on urgency and parts availability.
• Advise customers on additional services to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
• Manage service writing and process work orders while updating repair statuses.
