• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to travel within Greater Atlanta-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, results-driven
