Required is an active real estate license in Georgia (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and a track record of closing transactions.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Georgia or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in 24 months).
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Atlanta-area service territory.

Responsibilities
