Mark Spain Real Estate is looking for Real Estate Agents in the Atlanta area. This full-time, commission-based role requires an active Georgia real estate license or the ability to obtain within 30 days.

Join a top-rated team with 8+ years of top performance, receiving 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments monthly and no desk or lead fees. You will work with an inside sales team, earn increasing splits with production, and receive 1:1 coaching and full admin support from contract to close.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Georgia or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 8+ closings in last 24 months.
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel within Greater Atlanta-area service territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Attend 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments each month.
• Close transactions and serve clients from these appointments.
• Collaborate with inside sales team and leverage appointment flow.
• Provide exceptional client service from contract to close.
