Job summary

Terminix is seeking a motivated Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers in the Texas region. You’ll act as the face of the national brand in your local community, assessing client needs and presenting tailored treatment plans to protect homes and families.

You’ll collaborate with service teams, navigate CRM proposals, and strive to grow revenue while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Sales experience or training in sales desirable.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagram using Sales CRM for clear customer understanding.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to support service installations and ensure satisfaction.
