Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills.
Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset.
Sales or customer service experience preferred.
Valid driver\'s license and ability to work evenings/Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Greet showroom and internet customers.
Help customers choose the right vehicle and conduct test drives.
Follow up on leads, calls and online inquiries.
Maintain CRM notes and customer communication.
Work toward monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
