Job summary

Palmen GM in Kenosha, WI seeks an Automotive Sales Associate to greet customers, learn their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection and test drives.

You will maintain CRM notes, follow up on inquiries, and work toward monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals, with earnings from salary plus commissions and bonuses for top performers.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom and internet customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and conduct test drives.
• Follow up on leads, calls and online inquiries.
• Maintain CRM notes and customer communications.
• Work toward monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority.
• Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to encourage referrals.

Compensation: Salary + commission + bonuses (top performers can earn up to $60,000 - $175,000 annually)
