Palmen Auto Group in Racine, Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment and is passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle. Compensation includes salary plus commission and bonuses; top performers can earn between $60,000 and $175,000 annually.

• Valid driver\'s license and ability to work evenings/Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom and internet customers.
• Help customers choose the right vehicle and conduct test drives.
• Follow up on leads, calls and online inquiries.
• Maintain CRM notes and customer communication.
• Work toward monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
