• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders, welders).
• Perform precision machining to tight tolerances using various metals and materials.
• Diagnose tooling issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams on tooling improvements.
• Maintain documentation of tooling changes and repairs.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
