Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a similar role or in machine building.
• Proficiency with manual and CNC machining.
• Strong understanding of good manufacturing practices.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning.
• Repair defective machines and fabricate parts, fixtures, and tools.
• Inspect machines to determine root causes of breakdowns.
• Assemble clean and well-organized machines.
• Initiate purchase orders for necessary parts.
• Develop and track cost-reduction proposals.
• Provide technical support to other departments.
