Job summary

Numalliance – North America, Inc. seeks a Tooling Sales Associate in Lebanon, OH to drive tooling sales and customer success. You will manage inquiries, support equipment projects, and build strong client relationships across North America.

The role includes RFQ feasibility reviews, quotations, order entry, and CRM logging, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven sales experience in manufacturing or tooling.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies and trends.
• Good mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (25%).

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming inquiries and convert opportunities to sales.
• Promote Numalliance tooling/services and support regional sales with projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Visit existing/new customers regularly.
• Demonstrate products using brochures, samples, videos, and equipment.
• Assist with RFQ feasibility reviews and quotes.
• Handle order entry and provide order status updates.
• Log opportunities into CRM and report progress to leadership.
