Qualifications

• AS degree in a technical field plus 2 years of experience, or minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with clerical, records, and stores tasks; data entry proficiency; SAP experience required.
• Ability to establish and maintain accurate records/files and reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with other department units.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain DOE clearance.

Responsibilities

• Procure, track, and check-in material using SAP for tooling operations and production areas.
• Support Market Basket Bids and audit data requests.
• Inventory, audit, and maintain SAP quantities of consumables (coolant, grinding wheels, etc.).
• Coordinate receipt of tooling materials with routing documents for processing.
• Assist in contract closeout of tooling.
• Perform semi-monthly shop-area audits for MSDS labeling and cross-contamination control.
