Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
• Pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Math/Statistics, or Information Systems; others may be considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with internal and external resources to resolve procurement issues and ensure plant procurement requirements are met.
• Manage documents in support of Procurement activities.
• Manage assigned projects to improve procurement processes.
• Follow-up on outstanding purchase orders.
• Complete PO maintenance activities in support of Buyer needs.
• Collect, organize, interpret, and publish reports for business needs.
• Learn procurement policies and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Disseminate information to employees regarding subcontract status.
• Ensure receipt, accuracy and timeliness of submitted documents; monitor performance.
