Job summary

Whirlpool Findlay Manufacturing is seeking an Analyst, Engineering to join onsite at our Findlay, OH plant. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and engagement, coaching peers in World Class Manufacturing principles and leading continuous improvement initiatives across production and maintenance.

You will develop and justify short- and long-term plans, manage capital projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal equipment availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
