Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Lead Engineer, Senior Analyst, Engineering for the Clyde, OH facility. The role is onsite, dayshift, Monday–Friday, focusing on kaizen projects to reduce losses in Clyde Operations.

You will work in the Stainless Steel Basket department, driving productivity, process improvements, and implementing advanced problem-solving techniques. Collaboration with maintenance, engineers, and vendors is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead projects through all phases (P, D, C, A).
• Support production day-to-day to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People Development metrics.
• Own existing equipment and future equipment in the department.
• Develop solutions and lead capital projects aligned to Clyde operations strategy.
• Lead continuous improvement using WCM methodology with target metrics.
• Perform root-cause analysis to eliminate losses.
• Collaborate with design, industrial engineering, and vendors on new processes and equipment.
