Responsibilities

• Lead kaizen projects to reduce losses in Clyde Operations.
• Own existing and future equipment in the department.
• Develop capital projects aligned with Clyde operation strategy.
• Lead continuous improvement using WCM methods to hit plant metrics.
• Collaborate with design, industrial engineering, and outside vendors.
