You will work on kaizen projects to reduce losses in the Stainless Steel Basket department, lead capital projects, interact with maintenance and outside vendors, and support scheduling and PO creation.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, data-driven root cause analysis, WCM methods, and continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support projects through all phases (P, D, C, A) in Clyde Operations.
• Lead kaizen and capital projects to reduce losses and improve productivity.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and outside vendors.
• Create purchase orders and assist scheduling and audits.
