Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Clyde, OH is seeking a Senior Analyst, Engineering to join our on-site team. You will lead kaizen and productivity projects in the Stainless Steel Basket department, collaborating with maintenance, engineering technicians, and external vendors.

You’ll also create purchase orders, schedule and audit work, and may require weekend shifts as needed. The role emphasizes process improvement, data-driven problem solving, and delivering upgrades that support the Clyde

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and WCM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support projects through all phases (P, D, C, A).
• Support day-to-day production to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics.
• Own existing equipment and future equipment entering the department.
• Lead capital projects and develop solutions for Clyde operations.
• Lead continuous improvement using WCM with clear targets.
• Perform root-cause analysis to eliminate losses.
• Collaborate on new process and equipment implementations.
• Generate ideas for new designs, cost reduction, and quality improvements.
• Coordinate prototype build plans and oversee lab testing.
