Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Findlay, OH seeks an Analyst, Material Management to lead inbound component delivery and support production operations. You will supervise hourly direct reports, collaborate with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal partners to ensure accurate material flow and BOM accuracy, while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, accounting or engineering, plus 1+ years of people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting or Engineering.
• 1+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly direct reports, including timekeeping and performance feedback.
• Supervision- coaching and developing team to drive results in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Escalation of potential risks to production to their people leader and senior management.
• Lead continuous improvement projects related to material management.
• Responsible for processes related to Inventory Accuracy, BOM Accuracy, Excess/Obsolescence Management, Master Data accuracy, and Central Team Support.
• Collaborate with 3rd party logistics provider on day-to-day operations and inbound/outbound freight projects.
• Collaborate with production scheduling and material operations to troubleshoot issues.
• Develop reports and analyses for management and corporate.
