Menasha Corporation seeks a Mold Shop Technician to actively facilitate preventive maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of our high- and low-pressure plastic injection molds in Greenville, Texas. You will coordinate tooling activities to meet production schedules and minimize downtime.

The role requires 3–5 years in a Tool Room/Mold Shop, with experience in CNC programming and CAD, plus strong safety and teamwork skills. Join a team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Level Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Level Desired: Bachelor's degree - Engineering.
• Journey mold maker.
• 3-5 years of Tool Room/Mold Shop experience.
• 1-3 years of CNC programming experience.
• 1-3 years of CAD experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily activities of personnel and tooling equipment.
• Operate tool equipment safely.
• Mentor and lead personnel to follow proper processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot mold issues and communicate with new product development on effective solutions.
• Maintain documentation and records for mold history (EAM).
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental programs.
