Job summary

Menasha Corporation’s mold shop is seeking a skilled mold maker to drive preventive maintenance, repair, and improvements on high- and low-pressure plastic injection molds. You will coordinate tooling equipment and personnel to meet production schedules and reduce downtime.

Lead and mentor teams, troubleshoot mold issues, and implement best machining practices while maintaining documentation in the EAM system. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of Tool Room/Mold Shop experience.
• 1–3 years of CNC programming experience.
• 1–3 years of CAD experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily activities of personnel and tooling equipment.
• Operate tool equipment safely and consistently.
• Mentor and lead personnel to follow proper processes.
• Troubleshoot mold issues in- and out of the press; communicate with NPD on viable solutions.
• Apply best machining and production practices; maintain mold history in EAM.
• Support CI/5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
