Responsibilities

Fabricate, assemble, and fit complex injection molds using manual and CNC machining equipment.
Interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and specifications to build and modify tooling.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on molds to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct mold trials and support validation processes to ensure tooling meets quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues with engineering and production teams.
Maintain accurate documentation of tooling changes, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Operate precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all tooling operations.
