Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline (e.g. BSME) or equivalent; or HS Diploma/GED with extensive manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience or 10 years with HS Diploma/GED; strong problem-solving skills.
• English language competency and strong communication skills; proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine complete tooling requirements to produce a world-class part, including costs and vendor quotes.
• Procure tooling and equipment and specify machine, tooling, fixtures, and gauges required.
• Determine take time and pieces per hour for production; support installation and equipment arrangement.
