• Drive tool changes to support cost and quality initiatives.
• Communicate project updates to all levels of the organization.
• Lead toolshop to transform print tolerances into a robust stamping tool.
• Maintain and update project documentation for each new tool (FMEA, NP stores load sheets, Purchased component listing).
