Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of multitasking.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with sheet-metal stamping processes is preferred.
• CATIA and AutoCAD experience required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sheet metal product formability and develop countermeasures.
• Develop stamping processes and press assignments.
• Optimize material utilization.
• Tool sourcing and costing.
• Develop schedules and manage tool progress.
• Design reviews and tooling buy-offs.
• Manage New Model Development projects while maintaining department goals.
